Sustainability in construction
Living without service charges
sustaily development stands for radical sustainability at all levels. This begins when a property is built and ensures that no energy costs are incurred during its useful life.
The real estate industry’s share of global CO2 emissions is significant. sustaily development is committed to sustainable construction and a reduction of the CO2 footprint in its projects. In the case of the “Drei Giebel” building project, these include the following core values:
Consistent wooden structures allow for a high ecological standard
Built with natural, pollutant-free materials such as clay and without glue compound
Use of renewable energy sources and thus energetic independence through the use of a heat pump (air/water) and a photovoltaic system incl. Battery memory
Saving drinking water through rainwater harvesting
Heat-recovery fittings reduce water and energy consumption
In addition to a bicycle cellar with a communal workshop, each residential unit has a parking space with a power connection for electric cars. The building will be certified according to Minergie-P. In addition, the SNBS Silver and Minergie A / Eco standards are targeted.
* Minergie-P designates ultra-low-energy buildings that stand out in particular because of their outstanding building envelope and the associated comfort. Minergie-A buildings produce more energy than they consume and thus combine living comfort with maximum energetic independence.
Reforestation projects make this much sense for the climate
Around the world, forests are shrinking from year to year. For this reason, more and more companies are taking on the problem and planting trees in the fight against climate change. In this way, valuable forest areas can be reforested and a sustainable impact can be made. However, reforestation alone cannot stop climate change, but every contribution counts.
We would like to make a contribution to reforestation together with you. In collaboration with the non-profit organization “One Tree Planted”, we invest in over 10,000 newly planted trees thanks to the “ThreeGables” project, which will absorb approximately 2,000 tons of CO2 as they grow. For every 1,000 francs you pay for your home, a new tree is planted. The new ThreeGable floor ownership will vote on the location where the trees will be planted at the move-in date.
