New division with price changes

We are pleased to inform you about an adjustment to some of the apartment plans. In discussions with prospective buyers, the need for ground-floor apartments without stairs became increasingly apparent.

We have adapted the original plan with 5 duplex apartments. There are now 2 garden apartments and 2 single-storey apartments, with the 2 penthouses, 1 duplex apartment and 1 corner house remaining virtually unchanged.
